We invest in companies that are run by exceptional executives in the lower middle-market segment of the Information
Technology industry. Avantcé targets companies with approximately $10 million to $200 million in enterprise value
and revenues in the range of $5 to $100 million.
In addition, we continually look for opportunities in other industries that are in alignment with our investment
philosophy. Our research and analysis processes frequently identify many investment opportunities that fall outside
our target market.
